When do you start your trip to Europe and Switzerland, and at what time can we expect you in our Sonnenblick-Inn? We will be away until 16. of Sept.

Without a word of lie, I was sitting down, at 7:30 am, this morning, to send a message, outlining our coming trip, and your kind missive appeared in my in-box! Yes, indeedo, it has been a fair bit of hour glass since last we corresponded so I do apologize, and profusely so, for being such a terrible correspondent, especially since we were definitely planning to see you in, in late September, early October. As you know, we are off to Europe on August 29th, flying to Vienna where we will rendezvous with Flamin' and Sarge, for three weeks.

From there we will drive to Budapest, eventually making our way to Dubrovnik, where we part company, they to Rome and back to Vancouver, we to Prague, Cesky Krumlov and Salzburg, to arrive in Zurich on September 28th! If friends there will not be around at that time we will probably just proceed directly to Bern. Otherwise we anticipate arriving in Bern on September 30th, until October 5th, when we fly to Lyon, to spend a few days near Valence before returning to Paris to fly home on October 12th. At any rate, we are certainly looking forward to The Michelin Five Star Sonnenblick-Inn so very pleased that you will be back in Bern by September 16th.

Many, many reasons for enforced radio silence, on my sluggard part, but delighted to report, all to the positive side of the scale. Must away as I'd like to squeeze in a couple of sets of my shoulder exercises before we head out on the wine-tasting trail with latest Freeloaders, Marilyn and Big Molly!
