Just a friendly reminder for those of you who wish to customize the upcoming Reserve wine club shipment: if we do not hear from you by July 9th, you will be receiving the Winemaker's Selection as noted in our previous newsletter. Also, if you do not advise us that you will be picking up at the winery, the wine will be shipped to the address on file. We highly recommend shipping to a business address. Couriers will generally not leave wine unless it is signed for by an adult, and all deliveries are week-day regular business hours. Thanks very much...we have some wonderful wines coming to you towards the end of July. We bottle on the 18th, and wines are available for pickup from July 21st. Don't forget to RSVP if you wish to attend our Pickup Party 4-5:30pm, July 29th.

I will pick mine up at the winery or have Pat Dunn pick it up. Wayne Hi Dick! If Wayne doesn't pick up his wine on the morning of the 21st, we'll collect it. He and Michele are staying with us on Thursday night but I'm not sure how early they plan to leave for Osoyoos next day. What time will you be open on Friday, for pick-up?

At the moment we are in Oxnard, in a beach house on Point Hueneme, near to where we are to attend the wedding of our youngest grandson this evening. Wayne drove down to LA with me and flew back from there this past Tuesday. On the way down we spent two nights in Healdsburg with winemaker David Coffaro. Corinne and I have come to know him and Patricia, his lovely wife, over the years of wine-tasting in Sonoma. They visited Banff this past May and stopped by, taking us for lunch, at the Hooded Merganser, on the 17th.

David is a wonderful cook and had us for pizza dinner, a week ago today. They hope to visit again, next year, so if they do we will certainly bring them by to say hello.
