The Down and Out Salish Sea Freeloader Blues: Friday, March 22nd!

There is far too much law for those who can afford it and far too little for those who cannot. -Derek Bok, lawyer and educator (b. 22 Mar 1930)

Popular Grove, 2016!
Lady Darjeeling is back working her volunteer shift at the hospital this morning. We are expecting Calamity Jane and Whirligig to arrive shortly after noon today. They have been staying in a Osoyoos since last Friday and will stay with us for the next couple of nights. Had hoped go wine tasting once they arrive but not quite sure if that will happen today. Our dryer give up the ghost earlier this week and two new appliances are to be delivered and installed between noon and 2:00 pm, at least that is what was promised. Depending on appliance people we might be able to squeeze in a few wineries once they're finished. Since weather, of late, has been so glorious it will be even more fun to be on The Bench.

Must away as I need to do a bit of tidying, to the best of my one armed ability. Lady Dar, of the Penticton Royal House of Burns, sends best regards.
