Greetings Captains! I'm so excited to see you all tomorrow - it's going to be a great day and we are pretty close to being fully organized. In about an hour we will start setting up the hall, which is very exciting indeed! Please see attached for a copy of the menu. There is one change - we are not proceeding with Smoked Salmon sandwiches for the tea. Other than that, the menu is pretty accurate! We will be printing menus this year and will have one per table - woohoo! See attached, also, for the full schedule for the day. Setup and strike vollie duties are at the top and the bottom of the document, and the service crews are grouped in the middle. This is the general schedule you should follow, though of course we know not everything is to the letter at these events.

In terms of shift lists, I did ask for a digital copy of them but have not received yet. If i get them tonight I will print them off - but there's a chance we will have only one printed copy at the event, and my apologies for this if this is the case. Obviously, you will not be expected to keep attendance of people if you don't have the shift lists. Also it's entirely possible KPOW sent you the shift lists and I just don't know and I'm none the wiser. Stoked to see you at 7:45am (Patrick), 9:30am (Megan), and 2:00pm (Melanie). Let's rock & roll! Hello Fartograms, After a fabulous hike up Rattlesnake last Monday, we will attempt to conquer Campbell Mountain coming Monday along a SW route. I can't recall we have done this, so a bit of an adventure, but no worries 'cause I have a gps track. It looks like it will have wonderful views. Starting location is from Penticton Avenue, near the end.

As usual we will gather at the Home Hardware in Penticton at 9:00AM. Summerlanders can meet at the IGA at 8:40AM then make their way to the HH in Penticton. Home Hardware parking lot at 8:40AM then make their way to the IGA in Summerland. To serve all seniors among you .... REMEMBER THE START TIME: 9:00AM Hope to see you there!
