Patrick and Corinne, Belated Happy Thanksgiving wishes. Thank you for thinking of us. We had a wonderful weekend with 2 invites for turkey dinner - my jeans were a little tight on Tuesday!!! Gerry is still golfing as weather is holding out so far. I am busy with paper work and trying to keep my brain alert - a challenge. Cheers, Dawn and Gerry Hi Ms Tight Jeans and Jack Nicklaus! Glad you had such an enjoyable Thanksgiving even if you need a new wardrobe!

I'm planning to head out to my stationary bike shortly. Ready to be back on the road bike but don't want to leave Rosita alone. Lady Dar is doing her volunteer shift at PGH until noon and then some shopping for tomorrow's dinner. Flamin' and Sarge are driving up to help Beckster and Kid Chelene move into their new home in Sendero, not all that far from Chloë's townhouse. [Lady Dar has invited all 600 of Clan Sutherland for dinner as house will probably still be chaotic!] Will probably take Clarisse there tomorrow morning to see both dwellings. Chloë's boarder, Shruti, has Friday as her day off so Freshly Minted Landlady doesn't want us to disturb her!
In fact we want her to advertise for another boarder as she has plenty of room and desperately needs extra income. Lady Dar spent $300 on an oil/cooling fluid change yesterday for her car and High Flying Chloë wants me to front her $1,000 for the in-house vacuum. Piping was roughed in when place was being constructed but no funds to purchase appliance! Cheque isn't in the mail! Kids today!! Fondestos from Lady Dar, in absentia, to you both! All the best. Cheers, Patrizzio!
Thanks for the pictures and update Patrick... So good of you to write such a detailed letter of your activities and wine tastings ect. Ect...Glad you are well and on the mend and keeping very active and busy with friends and family. you make a great couple..always on the move and looking for an adventure I am not familiar with the wine clubs...I only heard about them about a year ago
Interesting for those who are or want to be wine connoisseurs...
My life here in Summerland is riding on a smooth plane..not too crazy..busy more in the daytime than in the evenings Because I've been away so much this past year..I'm quite content to spend time at home My entertainment is evenings of playing cards with friends or a game called "doghouse"that can test ones patience...in a fun way
I was on standby to go back to California to help my daughter with some moral support but things settled down that makes life bearable so I have put it off til a bit later... It's starting to come together with the divorce settlement...not a happy place for her to be these days 🙁...
I did spend a lovely Thanksgiving week-end and shared a turkey dinner with friends on Sunday..can't complain Oh and I've started taking dancing lessons here in Summerland with Brian Udal the instructor It's now or never..I want to feel comfortable dancing a few of the ballroom dances ..For now ..it's a series of 8 classes per dance..When one is single ...It's always a problem to find a dance partner willing to dance with no strings attached...Will see how this turns out..as I say..It's now or never🙏😊😂
Aart and Jos should soon be back to lead more hikes..they're such a great couple So Keep on enjoying life and maybe will see you both somewhere ,...sometime in the near future..Take care Love to you both Murielle🙏😊
Hello Ballroom Dancer! Glad
you had a wonderful Thanksgiving. Lady Dar loves dancing and is very
unhappy that I'm not light on my feet! Perhaps you two should hook up
then not have to worry about strings! Glad to hear that your daughter's
life has settled down a tad. Must be a very difficult time, for both of
you, I'm sure. Fondestos from Lady Dar, in absentia, to you, Murielle. Cheers, Patrizzio!
Hi Patrick, hope you and your family had a good Thanksgiving too. I am
in Vancouver and Stephen is due to arrive in 2 weeks. Really enjoying
our new granddaughter Isla Juniper who was born on the 8th September.
How are you doing after your dreadful accident? Not sure if we will make it up to see you as at present reliant on Mark
who has gone back to work. He is a great dad and wants to spend every
minute with the girls.
It is nice to have a granddaughter after two grandsons. Thank you again for your best wishes. Love Gudrun
Hi Gudrun! Welcome to Canada! Congratulations to you on granddaughter Isla! Pleased all is going so well with Mark. Hope we can connect when I'm in Vancouver. Let me know and we'll plan accordingly. Fondestos from Lady Dar, in absentia, to you, Gudrun. All the best. Cheers, Patrizzio! Love the baby name...almost as nice as Olivia Rose :) Hi Tinsel Town! Malt and olive oil, perfumed flower and tree! Lady Dar is soothing her grumpiness watching Victor and Co., while Duke sniffs the flowers and Rosita reads. Pizza tonight! Chloë is heading over to see Nicolina and Marvinator, at R's/C's, helping out with move, so she won't be joining us for dinner. Only 150 Sutherlands tomorrow so Lady Dar has invited her clientele from Soupateria! Trust you are working on hootch to bring. Love and Cheers, Dad/Ever-Thirsty Man! Pic: Life at Burns Street!
No pictures? Patti Hi Kids! Sorry about not attaching pics! The Loves surfing the Net and waiting for the pizza! Need to open another bottle of red as The Sisterhood polished off most of a 2013 bottle of Orofino Pinot, 14.3%. Cheers, Patrizzio! Looks like a great life...since it involves pizza!! Ayn
