As well, Dame Judith will bring caviar, imported all the way from Siberia and Commissar Colin a case of Stolichnaya! Hip Hip Hooray for Stalin!

Finally, please bring any titles, uncensored, you wish to suggest for January and later in the Spring. Fondestos from Lady Dar to one and all. Cheers! Na Zdorovie! Patrushka! Pic: Borscht waiting for tomorrow!

Hello Everyone, Please find attached the minutes of the last event, the agenda for the Nov. 17 and the tasting notes. Corinne Durston

Spent most of the morning and early afternoon preparing a batch of borscht. Earlier, Lady Dar had been out grocery shopping after running a number of other errands and she bought a large bag of beets from Wholesale Wharehouse. We will use rest to make pickled beets as soon as we have  moment to think. Going to be a very, very busy week as we are hosting Book Club tomorrow, PAG's Soup Bowls on Thursday and then to The Dream on Saturday to hear Mike Field with Dame Judith and Kevin. SOWTS Tasting on Sunday and then bridge on Monday. Following Saturday Chloë is scheduled to be induced and if this goes forward we'll be entertaining a brand, spanking-new grandchild! Everyone's lives, including those of the felines, will change!!!
