From Harbour Terrace to Bayswater Blues: Friday, July 13th!

If life had a second edition, how I would correct the proofs. -John Clare, poet (13 Jul 1793-1864)

Not up until 8:00 am to find Sarge in the kitchen. Back from the gym, he had already turned on the TV so I was delighted to watch the last 70 km of today's Tour Stage, longest stage at around 231 km, I believe. Commentators said it was a pretty boring stage as landscape was very flat and riders seemed not to be interested in pushing pace of Peloton. Still, the lead up to the final sprint, with jostling for position beginning once the 20 km mark had been past.  Chris Froome is in 14th place but the mountain stages have yet to begin. Chris was ruled out, early in the Giro, but came back to win it!

FCCC Elliptizer, 360 calorifics over 40 minuten!  Hi Lady Dar! Just transferred your expense moneu to joint account. Sarge was back with Steve and keyboard. Sarge is off, back to work, before returning to collect S/K, [He wants you to text Stefano regarding eventual blanket location.], and I'm leaving shortly to pop in to see Ragin' and then head over to Elaine's. See you in a couple of hours. Love, Patrizzio!

Hi Corinne and Pat - did you come down for the Folk Fest?  Lynn Copeland just told me that she thought Pat might have had an accident in Europe. Hope it was nothing serious and that all is well with both of you. Let me know how it's going. Cheers...Paul
Hi Paul we are here for the folk festival. Patrick was in hospital in Berlin with pneumonia I had to fly over to bring him home. Longer story for a later time. Hope to see you tomorrow Cheers Corinne

Hello Patrick, Sorry I haven’t replied to you but I have been busy with visitors and another trip to Alberta and now trying to catch up with the garden and yard which has turned into a jungle while I was away.
I’m also planning a few trips hiking in the mountains. It would be great to visit you sometime but not sure when!

We could also have a get together on the Sunshine Coast sometime. I haven’t had a chance to see the other girls for awhile. I saw Pat S on a hiking day and Merrily at the grocery store. Seems like time is flying by and there is lots to attend to.

Have you had your surgery yet? And how have you been and how are you recovering? That was lovely of your Lady Dar to come and rescue you in Germany! Hope things are going well you and keep in touch.
Cheers, Lorraine
