Hi Last Monday's Bridge Ladies! Thanks for this week's riotous evening. While we only fielded one table the play was fast, [Well, snail-paced bidding by a number of players, to remain unnamed, if truth be told!], and furious, wild and woolly! Duke, in particular, fell in love with Rolly Polly's shoes and thinks they are the new catnip! Must be that famous Summerland air and cannabis ops thereabouts!

At any rate, I know calendars are filling up with holiday parties and gatherings so please let me know if you'd like to play next week, and if so, which evening. Thanks and Cheers, Patrizzio! Lady Dar went to play Mah Jong after discharging her regular volunteer shift at PGH this morning while I keep the home fires burning and the cats cosy. 

Hello Dame Judith and King Kevin, et al! Thank you both for such a wonderful evening, scrumptious dinner and more than plentiful wine and malt. It was also a pleasure to meet Evelyn and get to know her a tad. Thank you, as well, for the care package! I enjoyed some of the yogurt for breakfast yesterday morning and added some diced wraps to the goulash I prepared for my brunch. Perhaps you could go away more often! In this vein, travel safely and enjoy your time in the sun.
