101 Paso Robles Brioche Blues: Saturday, December 30th!

Rightful liberty is unobstructed action according to our will within limits drawn around us by the equal rights of others. I do not add 'within the limits of the law' because law is often but the tyrant's will, and always so when it violates the rights of the individual. -Thomas Jefferson, third US president, architect and author (1743-1826)

Hi Ruth! Lovely to chat and catch-up a bit. Thought that I'd send this message along so that you can forward it to Adrian so that he will have all of our email addresses, in case they come in handy. Lady Dar and Ayn are just back from walking Winston so I must away to open a bottle of Coffaro, Petite Sirah, 15.6%. We stopped at the winery, yesterday, before heading into Berkeley. Pat and David are such generous, generous people. Not only did they give us two bottles of their Sparkling Pinot Noir for New Year's Eve, they insisted that two of their employees wash our car, (It was quite dirty from all the snow and slush in Oregon, etc.,), after they washed Dave's Tesla! Anyway, Ayn was more than delighted as she was afraid that our car would contaminate hers as we have to park in one of her spots! Fondestos from The Tinsel Town Gals! Cheers, Patrizzio!

Pics: Susie, and Pat Coffaro making cookies! Lady Dar with David Coffaro; David's freshly baked bread and then with Nancy; David saying goodbye this morning; What Berardi & Son has become, off the square in Paso Robles; Lady Dar waiting for our brunch, simply fabulous avocado, bacon, spinach and egg brioche, for me, but gluten-free bread for Lady Dar! Unloading wine at Ayn's. She had a larger tree but took it down to make room for her messy parents!
