Return to the Campaign Delivery Rainy Day Blues: Sunday, October, 20th!

A society which is mobile, which is full of channels for the distribution of a change occurring anywhere, must see to it that its members are educated to personal initiative and adaptability. Otherwise, they will be overwhelmed by the changes in which they are caught and whose significance or connections they do not perceive. -John Dewey, philosopher, psychologist, and educational reformer (20 Oct 1859-1952)

Hi fellows, Aren’t these old vines magnificent? They are 70 yr old Grenache vines owned by Kaesler wineries. Photo was taken Vancouver time Fri eve or about noontime Sat here. Temp was very unseasonably cool here.
This is very good winery-which we enjoyed their Bogan Shiraz with our dinner tonight. Hope everything is well with you all. Cheers, Bill

Hi Jos, I apologize, but I won’t be able to play tomorrow. I am very sorry, I forgot we will have friends coming over. I was so excited to play I forgot about them coming. Sorry again. Happy bidding regardless who will be a dude telling us another bs in parliament 😏. Cheers. Mike Hi Josinta! I just received a message from Michaelo and he cannot play. Would your neighbour be interested? If not, I guess we'll have to cancel as we only have three now. Let me know and we'll plan accordingly. Thanks and Cheers, Patrizzio!

Hi hikers Phil was going to lead a hike tomorrow (Monday) but has decided the weather is too iffy. He will though lead a hike next Monday. However, Kilian has said he is not afraid of a bit of water, so we will meet tomorrow (0840 at Cherry Lane, 0900 at S’land IGA) and decide where to go and for how long. It will likely be shorter rather than longer. It appears to me the rain will follow today's pattern – OK in the morning, a bit wet after midday. Anyway, we are hoping brave souls will join us. Cheers Tony
